Registration must contain: name and surname, category, date of birth, code and license number, name of team. In case the registration don’t contain all the information needed, it became invalid!

If a competitor doesn’t show up end doesn’t present a justification, he’ll still have to pay the registration fee. If he refuses to, he is not allowed to apply and take part at the following competition, until the registration fee of the previous competition is paid!

Registration fee:    30€ with pre-registration
           50€ late registration

The registration fee includes 3 rides with the van (official training, qualifications and finals).
The amateurs without a licence have to pay additional 5€ for the insurance (the organiser will take care of that). It’s non possible to participate without the insurance.
The number of competitors is limited to 200, which means that in case of exceeding the amateurs without licence will be removed from the list!

Payment and licence check at number pick-up. 

Prize fund: prizes in money and goods. The prizes in money are defined by categories according to the Slovenian cup regulations.

Event timetable:

The organiser reserve the right to change the event timetable, with the consent of the technical delegate.

General propositions:

• Competition by the UCI Regulations and the Regulations KZS-OGK
• Start numbers to be picked-up at registration by the team manager or attendant after licence check and fee payment for the whole team.
• Competitors are entering the competition at their own risk.
• Protests accepted by the commission in accordance with the Regulations up to 15 min after the results are posted. Protest deposit is 15 €.
• The organizer is not liable for any damage caused by rider to himself, another competitor or third party.
• Medical service is provided (during the official training and the competition).
• The organizer reserves the right to change the propositions, entrants will be notified on time.

IN THE WEEK PRIOR TO THE COMPETITION, THE TRACK WILL BE CLOSED DUE TO THE TRACK PLANNING. THE TRAINING ON THE TRACK WILL THEREFORE BE PROHIBITED!

Course description:

Difference in height: 500m
Length: 2.9km
Time: 4.30min do 5.30min

The track consists of 90% forest and walking paths, 10% macadam.
The track starts above the walking path. At first, it’s gently sloping, but then it changes quickly into an abrupt and winding decline with ditches and rocks ‘Špik’. After the short technical part, the track joins the macadam road ‘Vedenc’ and after 10m come a double jump, a drop in offcamber and a descent over a rock to the macadam road. After 200m there’s a bus stop with a step up and a step down back to macadam, straight to the forest over an offcamber back to the macadam and in the forest again. Then follow a technically difficult and fast part over the rocks ‘Planica’, the last step up and two descents over a rock. The track comes to an end with some turns among the trees end a drop.

In the case of wet weather the dangerous and technical parts will be avoided.
